My journey into IT, began with a strong foundation in marketing. After six years developing portfolio expansion strategies, customer prospection, retention, sponsorship initiatives, etc, I wanted to leverage my strategic mindset to better understand business needs and solve business problems. During my Master’s in Information Technology at Aalborg University in Denmark, I honed my skills in UX design and business analysis, which paved the way for my transition from Marketing to IT.

I am based in Denmark, but originally hail from Mexico City. Besides these two countries I have lived in Madrid, Spain for a year, as part of an exchange program during my Bachelors’. I have to admit it was hard to get used to Denmark’s cold and dark winters… but I’ve found new hobbies like winter swimming which I enjoy A LOT! I also enjoy cooking Mexi- Danske fusion dishes where – most of the times :p –  I find delicious discoveries.

My passion for running has branched into my love for trail races and marathons. I’m always racing to beat my personal records (3:45:46 in 42km, so far). I am an art and music lover, always open to going to concerts, festivals, and museums.
Among all my hobbies, being with my family is what I enjoy the most.
